Our 6AM fitness bootcamp is a group physical training program conducted by head trainer Franklin. One word, INTENSE.
When you’re going to our gym to do strength and conditioning, you will experience the same level of intensity to the training session that we bring to sparring.
Here at AFS, our mixed martial arts program incorporates several different martial arts and techniques such as Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, grappling, Judo, and much more.
Our kids program gives youths an intro to the world of mixed martial arts as well as leading them along the path of fun, fitness and discipline.
Our exciting muay thai fitness program offers a fun and rewarding way to get into shape. Many of our members are not interested in competition, however they want the most comprehensive fitness workout.
Our Boxing classes require no experience. We offer both traditional american boxing and a new modified for mma boxing.
Our class is not only designed to build your cardio but also for weight loss, muscle tone, mobility, and shape. It's a full body workout.
We offer traditional gi jiu jitsu and no gi jiu jitsu.
